Our congregation has set aside leaders to guide and support us in our response to the Good News of Jesus Christ:

Kent McDougal
Kent has been a minister at Christ Community Church since its inception in 1990. He is married to Julie and they have a teenage daughter, Kelsey. He has Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees. He enjoys cooking Italian, reading theology, and a daily run at the “Y.”

Mike Gulker
After doing an internship in the summer of 2005, Michael joined the Christ Community Staff in the Fall of 2006. Originally from Michigan, Michael, his wife Jodie and their young children Samuel and Therese have returned to the Midwest after Michael completed his Masters of Divinity from Duke. Michael enjoys gardening, walking, biking, reading and the simple pleasures of growing with a young family.

Chris McDougal
As a member since 1990, Chris served in various roles at Christ Community Church. In 2009, he accepted the invitation to join the staff, half-time, as Administrator. He has a bachelors degree in Social Science and 25 years of experience in business. Chris enjoys spending time with his two teenage sons, Tanner and Mason, who are hockey players in the winter and his business partners in their summer lawn-care business.
